  • Barre

    Barre is a hybrid workout, combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, Dance, and Strength Training. A total body 45-minute workout that incorporates high repetitions of small isometric movements your muscles will feel and embrace the shake within the first few minutes of class!

  • TRX

    TRX stands for Total Resistance Exercise and is a form of suspension training. In this 45-minute class you will use the resistance of the TRX straps and your body weight to conquer a full body workout.

    *Sneakers are required for all TRX classes.

  • Mat Pilates

    Mat Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility, muscular strength, and endurance movements. In this 45-minute class, you will complete movements to emphasize proper postural alignment, core strength, and muscle balance.

  • HIIT Strength Training

    Combining High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) & Resistance Training, you will experience a full body Strength & Cardio workout utilizing a variety of props along with your own body weight.

    Low impact modifications are available. *Sneakers are required.

Yoga Classes

  • Power Vinyasa Yoga

    This 1 hour Vinyasa inspired class is a faster-paced style of Yoga that focuses on building strength and endurance.

    Although it requires mindfulness and focus on your breathing, Power Vinyasa Yoga is more dynamic than meditative forms of yoga, providing an excellent cardio & strength-training experience.

    *Intermediate Level*

  • Ashtanga & Restorative Yoga

    Ashtanga is an athletic flow combining strength, flexibility & stamina. Opening sequence begins with 10 Sun Salutations and then moves into standing asanas, a back-bending sequence & a set of inverted asanas.

    The last 20 mins will be a Restorative series of holding yoga poses for a longer duration using yoga blocks & straps, and taking final rest in Savasana.

  • Yin Yoga

    Yin is a great option for those who are looking for a balance to the yang of life. In this hour long practice you will hold poses to release the stagnation in the joints and adhesions in the connective tissue. Yin is a great option for those looking to begin a yoga practice or those looking to compliment the rest of their fitness routine and aid in recovery.

Fusion Classes

  • Barre/TRX Fusion

    This 45-minute class blends the effective isometric movements of Barre with the strength training exercises of TRX, for a full body workout like no other.

  • Barre/Yoga Fusion

    The perfect combination of Yoga + Barre! This 45 minute class combines the small, isolated movements of Barre with the strengthening, lengthening and stretching of Yoga.

  • Pilates/TRX Fusion

    This combination of Pilates and TRX Suspension Training focuses on building strength around the body’s core, creating a cutting-edge workout that builds both length and strength. This 45-minute class also enhances coordination, mobility & balance. Perfect for all levels!

  • Yoga-Lates

    A 45-minute class of Calisthenics, Yoga & Pilates. Movements derived from these different styles provide a balanced cardiovascular, strength, and stretching experience.

  • Abs, Assets & OM

    A challenging & reinvigorating 45-minute workout that covers all bases: 15 minutes of Core, 15 minutes of Booty, and 15 minutes of Yoga. Excellent for those looking to ease their way into starting a Yoga practice!

  • Strength & Stretch

    This class is broken down into two parts: a 25-minute Full Body Strength workout utilizing hand weights/resistance bands and balls, and a 20-minute Stretch session to aid in recovery and increase flexibility.
